Daniel Dickson
Chief Executive Officer, UK & Ireland
Daniel started his career in a leading M&A consultancy firm, before moving into facilities management in 2012. He quickly excelled in the industry and became the CEO of Atalian Servest, a position he held for five years. Following the merger between OCS and Atalian Servest in 2023, Daniel was appointed CEO of the UK and Ireland business.
Daniel’s key achievements during his career include successfully leading the business through the Covid-19 pandemic, integrating a number of transformational acquisitions during the group’s development, and leading the UK Hard Services division, before his appointment as CEO.
Daniel plans to position OCS at the forefront of the industry with a focus on developing people to fulfil their potential, investing in technology and driving the group’s ESG agenda.
Outside of work, Daniel’s interests include following Ipswich Town, fitness, property and travel.
