Skill Development Initiative
Building the people behind India’s data centres.
Through a Memorandum of Understanding with the Don Bosco Industrial Training Institute (DBITI), Kurla, Mumbai, OCS Group India has established the Data Centre Innovation Hub as part of the Government of India’s Skill India Mission. Launched in January 2026, the Hub connects vocational training directly to real data centre careers.
Students follow a 90-day programme made up of 60 days of classroom training and 30 days of on-the-job training inside a live facility. The curriculum covers MEP systems, data centre facility operations, facility design, safety and preventive maintenance, and students receive a Certificate of Advancement and Job Training on completion. OCS provides the simulated data centre environment, the curriculum and the placement pathway; DBITI provides the students and training infrastructure.
