Rob Legge
Global CEO
Rob has been a leading figure in the facilities management industry since founding Servest in 1997, and in 2018, he led the sale of Servest to Atalian Global Services.
For five years, Rob was Group CEO at Atalian Global Services, until the UK, Ireland and Asian Atalian businesses were sold to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, who had previously bought the OCS Group in 2022.
With both organisations under new ownership, Rob has spearheaded the merger of the businesses under the OCS brand, creating a new positive disruptor in the international facilities services market, with over 130,000 employees worldwide.
He has a simple vision – to make OCS the best facilities services company in the world, and an ambition to deliver significant growth across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and APAC, leveraging his considerable M&A experience.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys watching Arsenal and plays a variety of sports, including golf, tennis and squash.
